What Cap Assembly Machines Do
Cap assembly machines take the loose parts of a closure from separate hoppers, orient them and press them together: base and lid, cap and pull ring, or cap, liner and fitment. LONGSN builds standard machines for 2- and 3-part caps and customised assembly machines for closures with special sequences.
Flip-top and butterfly cover machines close the open cap, inspect and count the finished closures. All machines are configured around the customer's cap samples.
