What is your guarantee or warranty on the machines?
LONGSN offers high quality machines with a 2-year guarantee, and spare parts are supplied free of charge within those 2 years.

How are spare parts handled?
One year's supply of the most easily worn spare parts is sent together with the machine. During the warranty period LONGSN supplies replacement parts and bears the delivery charge.

What happens if a problem occurs during use?
Within the warranty period (2 years) spare parts are provided free of charge, and engineers are arranged for on-site service if necessary. Beyond the warranty period, main parts are supplied at the customer's expense and engineers can still be arranged for on-site service if necessary.
Ordering and Delivery
From Payment to Your Port
When can I get my machine after payment?
Normal production time is around 30 to 65 days depending on the machine ordered; shipping time depends on your destination port. Machines are delivered on time as agreed by both sides.
How are the machines packed for shipping?
Machines are packed in film and a wooden case for export and shipped from the Yangtze River port next to Shanghai to your destination port.
What should I send to get an accurate quotation?
Samples or drawings of your bottles or caps, the material and size, your target output per hour, your plant voltage and frequency, and the destination port. For a complete line, add your workshop dimensions.

How is the machine installed when it arrives?
If the customer needs installation after receiving the machine, LONGSN sends professional engineers to the place designated by the customer to install and debug the machine, and is responsible for training the customer's operators until they can use the machine.
Can one machine run several bottle or cap types?
Most LONGSN machines are set up for the customer's containers and can change over between types with change parts; detection and running parameters are stored per product on the PLC. Tell us all the types you run when you inquire.
