Bagging line running in a bottle plant

Packaging Machinery Solution

Neck cutting, leak testing, bagging and cap line machines

The post-processing line behind your blow moulder — neck cutting, leak testing and bagging — plus the cap lining and assembly line, designed as one production line layout.

Scope of Supply

What the Packaging Machinery Solution Covers

  1. After the blow moulder

The packaging machinery solution is LONGSN's core business: the machines that run after blow moulding and turn bottles out of the moulder into leak-tested, bagged product.

  2. The bottle line

It covers the bottle neck cutting machine, the empty bottle leak tester and the empty bottle bagging machine, sized to the output of your existing blow moulder and connected by conveyors.

  3. The cap production line

On the closure side the solution covers the cap production line: cap liner inserting, cap assembly for 2- and 3-part closures, the combined cap assembly wadding machine, cap slitting and folding, and vision inspection, with a bottle handle applicator where handled bottles are made.

  4. Layout for the whole route

LONGSN designs the production line layout for the whole route.

Machines in This Solution

10 Machine Categories

Each machine also works as a stand-alone unit and can be connected to the line by conveyor later.

How to Start

What to Send for a Layout Proposal

The LONGSN design team prepares the production line layout and machine list from four inputs. Send them with your inquiry and the proposal comes back with the machines placed on your floor plan.

  1. Workshop dimensions

Floor plan or a simple sketch with the space available for the line.

  2. Bottle or cap samples

The containers or closures you run, or their drawings; one of each type.

  3. Target output

Bottles or caps per hour, or the output of your existing blow moulder or filler.

  4. Voltage and destination port

Your plant standard for the electrical cabinets, and the port for shipping terms.

Packaging Machinery Solution Questions

Answers about the packaging machinery solution. Warranty and delivery terms are on the FAQ page.

Our blow moulder is not a LONGSN machine. Does that matter?

No. The packaging machinery line starts downstream of the blow moulder, whatever its brand. The neck cutter, leak tester and bagging machine are sized to the output your moulder runs, and connected to it by conveyor.

Can we start with one machine and add the rest later?

Yes. Each machine also works as a stand-alone unit and can be connected to the line by conveyor later. Tell us your plan so the layout leaves room for the next station.

Does the solution include the cap line?

It can. Cap lining and cap assembly machines are part of this solution for plants that also make their own caps.

How are the machines linked together?

By conveyors, so the bottles move from the neck cutter to the leak tester and then to the bagging machine without manual handling.
