What Empty Bottle Bagging Machines Do

LONGSN auto baggers stand in line with the blow moulder and pack empty bottles into gusseted plastic bags: the LSN-BS180 works with pre-made bags, the LSN-BA200 places bags automatically from a roll. A standard machine with a single in-feed conveyor packs 0 to 130 bottles per minute (500 ml), and square, rectangular and round bottles run on the same machine without change parts.

The design keeps the footprint small so the bagger can be positioned close to the blow moulding machine. Control is by Mitsubishi PLC with a 7-inch touch panel that stores bottle settings, shows alarms and warns when a bag is full; a thermo device seals the bags.

From the blow moulder into the bag

  1. Bottles arrive in line

    The bagger stands in line with the blow moulder, and empty PET, PP and HDPE bottles come in on its in-feed conveyor.

  2. Count and bag

    The machine counts the bottles and puts them into a gusseted plastic bag.

  3. Seal the bag

    A thermo device seals the bag.
