  • How soon will LONGSN reply to my inquiry?

    Within one working day. Our engineers reply with the right model for your bottle and a quotation.

  • What happens after we accept the quotation?

    We confirm the technical layout, price, lead time and payment terms together, then send the proforma invoice.

  • Do we need to send sample bottles?

    Yes. After the deposit, customers send their bottle or cap samples so the machine is built and tested on them.

  • Can we see our machine while it is being built?

    Yes. We send photos during production, and photos and videos when it is finished for your approval. You can also inspect it at our factory.

  • How is the machine shipped?

    After the balance payment we arrange shipment by sea or by air, and the delivery date agreed in the contract is kept.

  • What documents come with the machine?

    A detailed English instruction book, and an installation video is available for your team.
