What Vision Inspection Systems Do
The vision inspection system uses visual imaging to judge visible foreign matter and defects: fibres, hair, insoluble particles, bubbles and black spots, as well as label, sealing and capping, printing and container defects. Three models (LSN36J/H-150b, LSN48J/H-200b, LSN48J/H-300b) cover 9,000 to 18,000 bottles per hour.
The system runs in line so defective containers leave the line before packing.
