What Bottle Handle Applicators Do
Big bottles are easier to carry with a handle. LONGSN handle inserting machines put the handle ring onto the bottle neck automatically at 500 to 12,000 bottles per hour, built in anodised aluminium alloy and stainless steel with PLC and servo motor control; the semi-automatic version is loaded by an operator for smaller volumes.
Bottle volume and speed are customised to the customer's own bottle and handle ring.

How a Bottle Handle Applicator Works
Big bottles are easier to carry with a handle. The machine puts the ring on the neck automatically.
Five moves on the bottle neck
Feed the ring
The handle ring is fed in automatically.
Slide it into the slot
The ring slips into the slot ready for the neck.
Sleeve it onto the neck
The ring is sleeved onto the bottle neck.
Press twice
A first and a second pressing fix the ring in place.
Send on
The finished bottle is delivered to the next process.
