What Cap Liner Inserting Machines Do
A cap liner inserting machine feeds caps from a hopper, orients them, punches the liner from a roll of foam or foil material and presses it into the cap. The LSN-L series covers different cap diameters and outputs, and the 5-gallon closure liner machine handles the large foam liners of water cooler bottle caps.
Machines are built with SUS304 and aluminium profile frames, PLC control and touch screens, and can be customised to the cap and liner material the customer uses.

A cap lining machine, also called a cap wadding or cap liner inserting machine, punches foam or aluminium foil liners and presses them into plastic caps.
How does a cap liner inserting machine work?
It feeds caps from a hopper and orients them, punches the liner from a roll of foam or foil material and presses it into the cap. The frame is SUS304 and aluminium profiles, with PLC control.
Which liners can a cap wadding machine insert?
Foam and aluminium foil liners. The high speed LSN-L6 fits EP foam and induction wads 0.2 to 1.0 mm thick in caps from 15 to 120 mm, at up to 200 caps a minute.
