What Cap Assembly Wadding Machines Do
The cap assembly wadding machine joins two stations in one frame: the closure is assembled and the liner is punched and pressed into it on the same turntable. It is used where cap lining and cap assembly would otherwise stand as two machines with a conveyor between them.
Like the other LONGSN cap machines it runs with PLC control and a touch screen, and is set up for the customer's cap and liner.

How a Combined Assembly and Lining Machine Works
Assembly and lining share one frame, so the caps are handled once instead of twice.
Four steps in one machine
Lift and arrange
The machine lifts the caps and arranges them.
Convey
The caps are conveyed to the assembly station.
Assemble and insert the liner
The closure is assembled and the liner is punched and pressed into it on the same turntable.
Count and divide
The finished caps are counted and divided into cartons.
