Every LONGSN machine carries a 2-year quality guarantee. Within those two years replacement parts are supplied free of charge and LONGSN bears the delivery charge.
One year's supply of the most easily worn spare parts is packed and shipped together with the machine, so the line is not held up waiting for a small item.
LONGSN sends engineers to your factory to install and commission the machine and to train your operators until they can run it independently.
Normal production time is around 30 to 65 days depending on the machine ordered. Shipping is by sea or by air and delivery dates agreed by both sides are kept.
