Every LONGSN machine carries a 2-year quality guarantee. Within those two years replacement parts are supplied free of charge and LONGSN bears the delivery charge.
One year's supply of the most easily worn spare parts is packed and shipped together with the machine, so the line is not held up waiting for a small item.
LONGSN sends engineers to your factory to install and commission the machine and to train your operators until they can run it independently.
Normal production time is around 30 to 65 days depending on the machine ordered. Shipping is by sea or by air and delivery dates agreed by both sides are kept.

It checks empty 3 and 5 gallon water bottles for leaks. The LSN-LT uses a brand PLC and high-precision pressure sensors, and can also be set up for other large or non-standard containers.
150 to 200 per hour with 1 station, 300 to 400 with 2, 500 to 600 with 3 and 700 to 800 with 4 stations.
The 1 and 2 station models are 1,600 × 620 × 1,600 mm with a 1,600 mm conveyor. The 3 and 4 station models are 2,000 × 750 × 1,800 mm with a 2,000 mm conveyor. All run on 220 V 50 Hz.
Yes. It tests containers from 10 ml to 330 L and can be set up for non-standard products. It is built in SUS304 with a 2 year warranty.
